Ingredients
- chicken boneless 500 gm
- corn flour 200 gm
- egg 2 no
- oil 60 ml
- Green chilli 50 gm
- white onion 250 gm
- carrots 250 gm
- spring onion 200 gm
- balck papper powder 1tbs
- chicken stook powder 1 tsp
- soya sauce 2 tsp
- dark mushroom soya sauce 1/2 tsp.
- chicken stook 1 cup
- potato starch 50 gm
- suger 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- marinate the chicken cubes with egg,corn flour and chicken stook powder,soya sauce and oil and keep it for one hour
- take a wok heat oil and fry your marinated chicken and keep a side
- add oil in a chinese wok add cube onion and stir fry well add carrott and green chilli .and soya sauce,black papper,dark mushroom souce,chicken stook powder, suger,add spring onion
- add the chiken which you fried alraedy stire well until coated with sauce and add potato starch to make thick sauce,
- served with egg fried rice
