Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 350ml Beer
- 1cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients
- Beat Eggs and add beer.
- Add to dry ingredients with cheddar cheese until lightly blended
- Pour into greased loaf pan
- Bake for 45min at 190C
- Remove from tin and cool on a wire rack.
