Ingredients

  • 12 oz Caster Suger
  • 1 lge Egg
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 8 oz Selfraising flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger

Instructions

  • Cream butter, Suger and egg together
  • Sift flour and ginger, mix with creamed mix
  • roll mixture into walnut size portions, place on to grease proof paper
  • place in over 180 degrees for 20mins until golden brown
