Ingredients

  • 1 pot natural yoghurt
  • 1 pot coconut or grated carrot
  • 1 pot veg oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 pots self-raising flour
  • 2 pots caster sugar

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 160C
  • line a loaf tin with grease proof paper
  • mix everything together except
  • mix in the sifted self raising flour
  • bake for 1h 30mins at 160C
