Ingredients
- 1 pot natural yoghurt
- 1 pot coconut or grated carrot
- 1 pot veg oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 pots self-raising flour
- 2 pots caster sugar
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 160C
- line a loaf tin with grease proof paper
- mix everything together except
- mix in the sifted self raising flour
- bake for 1h 30mins at 160C
