Ingredients

  • 300g Fish filets
  • 1 pink Grapefruit
  • 2 Oranges
  • 2Tbsp Limejuice
  • 1 small red Chilli
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin, grounded
  • 1/4 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tsp Cornflour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First wash the fish filets and dry it with kitchenpaper
  • Peel the grapefruit and the oranges and cut the filets out and keep the juice
  • For the marinade mix together the juice from the grapefruit and oranges and the limejuice. Cut the chillie in very small cubes and add it to the juice with the cumin powder, oregano and salt and pepper. Poor it over the Fish and let it stay for about 30 mins
  • to cook the fish: heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the fish from both sides for about 3-4 minutes.
  • In an other pan heat up the rest of your oil and cook the grapefruits and orangeslices add the marinade to it and whisk the cornflour into the sauce to make the sauce a bit thicker.
  • serve the fish fillets with the fruits and sauce
