Ingredients

  • sliced calarmari 20 pcs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • lime juice
  • corn flour
  • egg
  • oil

Instructions

  • sliced and score the calamari
  • marinade with pinches of salt and 1 pinches pepper
  • add 1 egg white into the calamari and 4tbsp of corn flour .Mixed well until consistency
  • Bring the oil hot about 180 degree then add all calamari into the wok until golden brown
  • add 1tsp butter and 1 tsp garlic and spring onion into the pan .Pour all the calamari into the pan .Stir - well .Serve with salt and pepper sauce
  • Making Sauce :
  • 1tbsp salt + 1tbsp sugar +1tsp pepper and 1tbsp lime juice .Mixed well together
