Ingredients

  • 3 dl sugar (300 ml)
  • 1 1/2 dl flour (150 ml)
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 gr melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr chopped almonds (optional)
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  • Mix the sugar,flour,vanilla sugar,salt and cocoa in a bowl.Add butter and eggs,mix well.mix in almonds (optional)
  • Pour the mixture into a sprinform pan ca 25 cm/diameter or a square baking tin aprox 9x13 inches
  • cook in oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 20 min (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
  • let the cake cool on a rack
  • sift confectioners sugar on top.
