Ingredients
- 3 dl sugar (300 ml)
- 1 1/2 dl flour (150 ml)
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 gr melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr chopped almonds (optional)
- confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Mix the sugar,flour,vanilla sugar,salt and cocoa in a bowl.Add butter and eggs,mix well.mix in almonds (optional)
- Pour the mixture into a sprinform pan ca 25 cm/diameter or a square baking tin aprox 9x13 inches
- cook in oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 20 min (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
- let the cake cool on a rack
- sift confectioners sugar on top.
