Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Bannana
  • 300ml of Milk
  • Why not try:
  • Tsp of coffee
  • Tsp of Hot Chocolate powder

Instructions

  • Firstly chop the Bannana into thick slices
  • Then add to a mixer/blender/smoothie machine
  • Next add enough milk to cover the chopped Bannanas
  • Mix these together until nice and frothy
  • To add that extra buzz in the why not add a tsp of coffee or chocolate powder
  • Then pour into a glass and serve
