Ingredients

  • 284ml carton double cream
  • 1/2 tub mascapone
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 2 tsp icing sugar

Instructions

  • Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Then quickly fold in the brandy.
  • Gently fold in mascapone.
  • Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.
