Ingredients
- 284ml carton double cream
- 1/2 tub mascapone
- 1 tbsp whisky
- 2 tsp icing sugar
Instructions
- Whip cream & icing sugar together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
- Then quickly fold in the brandy.
- Gently fold in mascapone.
- Serve alongside a dessert of your choice.
