Bonfire Sweet Potatoe Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 Fresh chilli or 1/2 tsp flakes
- Honey
- 4-5 Bushbock sweet potatoes
- Olive oil tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170C/fan150C/gas 5
- Cut the potatoes into wedges (do not peal its the best bit :)
- in a baking tray put potaotes in tray with chilli , and honey and olive oil . (it depends on how sweet you want the wedges add allot it you like it sweet add a little if you dont like it sweet at same for the chillies)
- with your hands or a spoon stir everything together
- Chuck potatoes at top of oven for 10 mins take out stire potatoes and turn over put in for another 7 mins . :)
