Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 Tbs. agave nectar
  • 2 Tbs. protein smoothie mixer

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, blueberries, bananas, agave nectar and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 5 cups.
