Ingredients
- 1 Bipins Methi Masala (All-Fresh Indian herbs and whole ground authentic spices from www.bipins.co.uk)
- 900kg skinless chicken drum sticks
- 20g of Coarsely chopped coriander
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Add the contents of the methi masala pot to the chicken and mix thoroughly
- Cook in an oven at 190C for 30 minutes, foil covered backing tray to retain moistures
- remove foil and cook for a further 5 minutes to reduce the liquids and crisp the surfaces
- Garnish with coriander and give a good squeeze of lemon
