Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbs. omega 3 smoothie mixer

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 6 cups.
