Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbs. omega 3 smoothie mixer
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 6 cups.
