Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 200g Thin Sliced Steak
- 1tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
- 2 tbsp of Tomato Puree
- 100ml Chicken Stock
- 1tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 1tsp Paprika
- 1 Finely Chopped and Deseeded Red Chilli
- Juice of Half a lime
- Small Bunch Fresh Coriander, Roughly Chopped
- 20g Mangetout
- Half a Red Pepper
- 30g Brocolli - sliced thinly
- 20g Bean Sprouts
- *or your own choice of selected vegetables
Instructions
- Heat a large non stick pan or pot over a medium heat and add the oil.
- Fry the beef for 2 mins or until browned all over
- Add the Garlic and Onion and fry for a further min
- Add the vegetables and cook for 2 mins - at this point add the chicken stock
- After adding the stock stir in the tomato puree, paprika and five spice and lime juice, let this simmer for approx 5 mins
- Once the sauce starts to reduce add the chilli and corriander.
- Serve with Rice or Noodles or on its own
