Beef Burgers
These homemade burgers are packed with juicy minced beef mixed with flavorful mushrooms, aromatic herbs, and gooey mozzarella cheese. Served on a toasted bun with a side of refreshing salad, they make for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 500g Extra lean mince
- 2 Spring onions
- 7 Button Mushrooms
- 1 Mozzarella ball
- 2 garlic cloves
- Teaspoon Oregano
- Teaspoon Parsley
- Teaspoon Sage
- Ground black pepper
- Parmesan/Pecorino
- Tablespoon olive oil
- To serve with:
- Salad of your choice
- Burger buns
Instructions
- Chop mushrooms and spring onions roughly then pop in a small food processor (mini chopper) till there very fine, then add the crushed garlic, a knife will work great if you don't have a small food processor.
- Roughly tear the mozzarella into a mixing bowl, add the mince and start binding together, then add the herbs, black pepper, parmasan and the mushroom mix and bind together well.
- Once binded together make into patties and place on a tray.
- To fry add a tablespoon of olive oil into a griddle pan on a medium heat once hot add the burgers and fry until cooked all the way through.
