Summertime calls for fresh ingredients and outdoor grilling! This recipe features sweet corn on the cob cooked to charred perfection on a hot grill. The corn is then brushed with a flavorful basil vinaigrette, generously topped with grated Parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of seasonings. A delightful side dish that captures the essence of summer in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Corn on the cob – with the husk
  • 1 recipe Basil Vinaigrette
  • 2-3 ounces freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.
  • Pull the husk down and keep it on to use for holding the corn later. Grill the corn over high heat until it starts to char and then remove from the grill.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush some of the basil vinaigrette onto the corn and then heavily sprinkle with parmesan cheese and seasonings. Serve immediately.
