Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 fat garlic clove , crushed
  • 3 tbsp low-salt soy sauce
  • 4 pork leg steaks , trimmed of excess fat
  • 4 heads bok choi , halved lengthways

Instructions

  • Mix the ketchup, garlic and soy sauce together in a large bowl, then add the pork and rub in the sauce. Leave to marinate for 10 mins. Heat grill to medium-high.
