Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana & 1 cubed
- 1/2 punnet of blueberries
- 5tbsp oats
- 1-2tbsp light muscavado sugar
- 1tbsp wholemeal flour
- 1tbsp olive oil spread
- 2tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2tbsp pupkin seeds
Instructions
- 180'C, put fruit in ramakins
- Rub in fat to oats and flour, add sugar, nuts and seeds, sprinkle on
- 17mins cooking or more until golden
