Banana-Strawberry-Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup whole natural almonds
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cranberry juice, yogurt, bananas, strawberries, almonds and ice cubes, and puree until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.
