Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups coconut water
- 2 Tbs. omega 3 smoothie mixer
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the bananas, pineapple, coconut water and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups.
