Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 2 Tbs. honey
- 2 Tbs. protein smoothie mixer
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the bananas, peanut butter, milk, honey, smoothie mixer and ice and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups.
