Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized ripe bananas
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 500ml whipping cream

Instructions

  • Peel and chop bananas. Whizz in a blender or food processor with the sugar and lemon juice.
  • Pour in the cream and mix well.
  • Pour into a plastic box or ice cream maker for freezing.
  • Stir as ice crystals begin to form (if you want).
  • Remove from freezer 15 mins before serving.
  • Serve with chocolate sauce.
