Ingredients
- 175g Plain flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100g Sugar
- 100g Margarine
- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
Instructions
- Cream the margarine and sugar until they are light and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs and bananas.
- Add the flour and baking powder.
- Add the milk and bicarbonate of soda. Stir well.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180C
