Ingredients
- 1 banana (preferably over-ripe)
- 2oz margarine
- 1 egg
- 5oz sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 5oz self-raising flour
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the banana, margarine, egg, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add this mixture to the sifted flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- Pour the cake mixture into a small loaf tin and bake for 40 mins at 160 degrees.
