Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 4oz soft butter (non-salted)
- 6oz golden caster sugar
- 8oz Self raising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 large, very ripe banana's
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180 , grease 2lb loaf or cake tin
- mash banana's with a fork, until smooth
- Cream butter & sugar together and slowly add the eggs
- Mix the two bowls of golden mixture together,
- fold in the sifted flour, scape into loaf or cake tin
- Bake for 40 mins then lower temp to 150 for a further 30 mins
- leave to cool and enjoy
