Ingredients
- 150g butter
- cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- cup of mashed banana
- 60ml plain yoghurt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarb of soda (or baking soda)
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, banana & yoghurt together
- Sift in Flour, bicarb & baking powder
- Beat on a low speed
- Pour into a greased loaf pan
- Bake at 180C for 50-60min
