- 18 to 24 breakfast sausage links, 1 1/2 to 2 lb. total weight
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 400°F.
- Place the sausages on a rack in a shallow roasting pan or broiler pan. Roast until the sausages are shiny but not yet browned, about 10 minutes. Turn the sausages over and continue roasting until cooked through, about 5 minutes more.
- Preheat a broiler. Place the pan under the broiler and broil the sausages, turning once, until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a warmed platter and serve hot. Serves 6.
