Baked Bean Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 450g/1lb beef mince
- 2 small or 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 chillis, finely chopped (or use approx 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes or 1 teaspoon 'lazy chillis') - add more if you like it hot!
- Half teaspoon chilli con carne powder
- 2 x 400g baked beans
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the mince and the onion over a medium to high heat until browned
- Add the chilli and spice powder and stir
- Add the baked beans and simmer for approx 10-15min until the onion is soft.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve with boiled rice or in a wrap.
