Bacon With Spinach Starter
This recipe combines the savory goodness of crispy bacon with the freshness of spinach, all brought together with a drizzle of tangy balsamic vinegar. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. Optional: enjoy with some crunchy french bread on the side.

Ingredients
- 8-10 bacon rashers
- 1 pack of spinach (from fridge section)
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar (more or less if req'd)
- french bread (optional)
Instructions
- wash the spinach, drain and put aside in salad bowl
- cook the rashers until nice and pink (do not let fat burn) gas mark 4/5, meanwhile, add the spinach leaves to your plate
- once bacon is cooked, add to the spinach and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top and serve
