- 220g chestnut mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g fresh radish
- 0.5 bunch lemon thyme
- 25 g butter
Instructions
- Slice mushrooms and fresh radish.
- Chop one clove of garlic.
- Melt butter on frying pan and fry chestnut mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic, chopped lemon thyme, sliced fresh radish and fry for another 3-5 minutes.
