Ingredients
- 2 Avocado
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 pound pasta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- 2 basil leaves ,chopped
- 150g milk
- 50g cream
- 10 pieces ham
- 10g cheese powder
Instructions
- First, prepare two avocadoes. Dice one of them and leave it. In order to make avocado paste, cut another avocado into small pieces and mix them with cream and milk by using a blender.
- start to boil spaghetti for about 12 mins.. Cut onions and garlic into small pieces and fry them.
- After onions and garlic become tender, pour the paste and the diced avocado. Then, add some salt, black pepper, and basil to it and mix up with the boiled spaghetti for 30 seconds.
- Finally, add some ham and cheese on top of the spaghetti. A green magic is ready to serve.
