Ingredients
- 60g dried apricots, chopped
- 125g bacon pieces, chopped and fried
- 1 large onion, chopped and fried
- 2 sticks celery, thinly sliced
- 100g brown breadcrumbs
- 250g pork sausagemeat
- 75g almonds
- 2tblsp chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1tsp salt
- ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (by hand is best)
- Stuff into the neck end of the turkey, pushing as far under the skin over the breast as you can
- Cook turkey as normal
