Ingredients

  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ½ cup boiled water
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch celtic sea salt

Instructions

  • Place apricots in a shallow bowl, pour boiling water over them and let sit for ½ hour
  • Place apricots and their soaking water in a food processor and process on high for 1 minute, until apricots are smoothly pureed
  • Add butter, vanilla and salt and puree another minute, until all ingredients are well blended
