Ingredients

  • 250 g asparagus, trimmed and halved
  • 4 salmon fillets, about 200 g each
  • 2 handfuls of flakes almonds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 210C.
  • Tip the asparugus and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil into an overproof dish.
  • Season the salmon and put the salmon in with the asparugus.
  • Scatter the almond flakes over the salmon.
  • Roast for about 15-20 mins.
