Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce can of green pitted olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasting them is optional)
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt to taste (you don't need much because of the saltiness of the olives)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Add salt to taste.
