Ingredients
- Vegetable oil for brushing
- 2 free range egg whites
- 100g icing sugar
- 260g flaked almonds
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- 100g Dark chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- line a baking tray with baking paper and oil it
- mix the egg, almonds, orange and sugar
- with wet hands take little blobs out and place on tray then squish as thin as possible
- back at 150c for 12 mins
- after cooling brush one side with melted chocolate
