Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5 gloves of garlic
  • juice of a lemon
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 4 dl olive oil extra vergine

Instructions

  • Put the gloves of garlic in the food processor.
  • Add lemon juice, egg yolks and the boiled potato.
  • Turn this into a smooth paste.
  • Add the olive oil slowly
  • Season to taste with salt and peper
